“VAST IMPROVEMENT"
BLAf KOUT AT Al ( KLAM) (Press Assn.) Auckland. Dec. 10. “A very good effort and a vast improvement on previous occasions," was the comment of an officer of the Royal New Zea'and Air Force who Hew a warplane over Auckland during a trial blackout to-night. Isolated cases of street lights not being promptly extinguished were mentioned by the observer. Certain railway lights were five to ten minutes late going out.
