ADJUSTMENT OF COMMANDS Because of the transfer to lhe South Island of Major J. Dow an I the appointment of Lieutenant-Co.encl \\. S. McCrorie E.D., to command tie Wanganui Battalion of the Home Guard, there has been an adjustment of company commanders within the battalion, which has now been organised on a four-company basis. E Company is now combined ■ th C Company. Mr. T. N. Hay-Cam; 1 1 being officer commanding. Mr. W H Cannan has taken command of A Company, and Mr. W. Cleland succeeds in command of D Conq u j Captain H. M. Keesing. M.C.. fotnierly commander of A Company (limes Second-in-Command of Wanganui Battalion. Members of A Company are a.l veterans of the last war.
