IHREE-POWER CONFERENCE BRITAIN, U.S.A., RLSSIA SIX COMMITTEES SET I P (Recd. 8.40 p.m.» Moscow, Sept. 2C. After a formal opening of the Three-Power Conierence by the chairman, M. Molotov (Sovn.-i Foreign Commissar), six committees were ajpointed, nameiy, Army, Naval, Air. fransport, Raw Material and Medicai Supplies. The British and American delegations jointly issued a communique: ••Red tape and long 1 speeches were entirely absent. The six committees began the sessions immediately, with orders to uork day and night and fully report Russian needs by Friday morning."
