RUSSIA AND BRITAIN OVER BERLIN (Recd. 8.20 p.m.) London, Sept. 28. The most popular air poster in Moscow shows a Russian bomber flying from the east and a British bomber flying from the west, the pilots leaning out and shaking hands while the bombs fall on Berlin, according to a member of the R.A.F. who recently returned from Russia.— U.P.A.
