HEAVYWEIGHT CLUB
VICTIMS OF RATIONING London, Aug. 10. The Vichy news agency states that, alter 40 years, the Paris Heavyweight Club is the victim of food rationing I has been dissolved as a result of the disqualification of its members, one by one, because their weight fell below the 16st minimum required under the club rules. The oldest living member used to weigh 19st but is now barely 14st. The club's members are famous for their escapades, one of which was lor all to board a bus until the platform; scraped the ground, whereupon all would get out and push!—U.P.A.
