OFFENCES AGAINST MILITARY LAW TRIAL BY COURT-MARTIAL. Rugby, July 31. 'The Secretary for War, Captain D. Margesson, announced in the House of Commons that Major Sir Herbert Paul Latham, Conservative M.P. for Scarborough, has been placed under arrest and ordered to be tried by court-martial for offences against the military law.—B.O.W.
