M.U. CLP COMPETITION The M.U. (J. Kirk) rink wins the M.U. Cup competition with a lead of half a point from the runners-up, Trinity (M. Tremaine), with Trinity (P. Mailman) and Power Board (J. Howes) tieing for third place. The results of the final round played on Thursday night, are:—M.U. (J. Kirk) beat Hylton Lodge (R. Skilton), 21-18; Trinity Club (M. Tremaine) beat A.O.F. (R. S. Loader). 19-16; A.O.F. (E. Holloway) beat M.U. (J. Johnstone), 29-19; Trinity Club (P. Mailman) beat M.U. (S. Cowley). 2922; Fire Brigade (W. Brown) beat Cosmo. Club (W. Bridges), 25-13; Pow’er Board (J. Howes) beat Cosmo. Club (J. Baxter), 24-19; M.U. (W. D. Harris) lost to Bishop Lodge (F. Glenny), 21-2 G. Knock-out Competition for Wenham Cup Excellent entries have been received in the Wenham Cup competition. Two extra teams arc taking part, Aramoho Druids entering one team.
