QUAKTERLY UIMDEND. The Bank of New South Wales announces that an inteim quarterly dividend has been declared of 6s a share in Australian currency at date of payment, and will be payable at head ollice on August 28, and at branches on ' receipt of advice. Transfer books will : close on August 11. I The dividend is at the unchanged rate of 6 per cent, per annum.
