OFFER REJECTED
LABOUR WILL NOT JOIN NATIONAL MINISTRY POSITION IN AUSTRALIA (Recd. 11.55 p.m.) Canberra, May 27. The Federal Labour caucus, at a pre-sessional meeting to-day, rejected Mr. R. G. Menzies' further offer to create a National Ministry embracing members of the Labour Party. The Federal Parliament will reopen to-morrow.
