PAPAL ORDER FOR DUKE OF NORFOLK
Received Feb. 12, 5.5 p.m. LONDON, Feb. 11. The Pope has conferred on the Duke of Norfolk the Order of Pius Second, the highest Papal Order. The Duke, who was appointed joint Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Agriculture at the week-end, is Earl Marshal of England.
