NAUSBAUM APPEAL CASE
HEARING AT WELLINGTON
| Per Prsss AMoelation. j CHRISTCHURCH, Dec. 15. The appeal by R. Nausbaum against the life disqualification imposed on him by the Canterbury District Committee last week will be heard at Wellington next Friday before the Hon. W. Perry, M.L.C., and Messrs. H. F. Nicoll and J. R. L. Stanford, who have been appointed judges by the president of the N.Z. Racing Conference, Mr. A. S. Ellworthy,
S. Nausbaum, who was in partnership with his son, has appealed against the disqualification of the horses raced in the partnership.
