BULGARIA WANTS HER 1912 FRONTIERS
NO SETITEMENT WITH RUMANIA EXCEPT ON THAT BASIS Received Aug. 13. 8 p.m. LONDON. Aug. 13. The Times’ Sofia correspondent learns officially that Bulgaria told Rumania she would not accept settlement of the claims on Dobruja which did not give her the 1912 frontier, including Silistra, to which the Rumanians object. The Bulgarians added I hat they would not accept an invitation to Craiova unless this frontier was conceded.
