WANGANUI CLUB TO-MORROW'S ROAD RACE HANDICAPS DECLARED The Wanganui Amateur Cycling Club will hold a 23-mile road race to-morrow. The course will require the riders to make two trips to Upokongaro, turning at the boundary at Wanganui East for the second trip. The race will start and finish at the Red Lion Inn.
