Health Food Menus. Mrs. M. E. Buller, of the D.I.C. tearooms, announces that as well as the usual luncheons she is providing the special menus recommended by the Radiant Living Group. All these health food dishes, including special salads, can be obtained.* Five O’clock Party. Mrs. George Collins, College Street, entertained at a “five o'clock party last evening held in her home, in honour of her nephew, Mr. Trevor Collins, and Miss Margery Todd, whose marriage takes place shortly. More than 70 friends attended to wish the couple happiness. The rooms were decorated with bowls of graceful blossom and spring flowers. Dinner Party. Preceding the patriotic ball a buffet dinner party was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Don Bassett last night. Those present were Mr. and Mrs. B. A. Beswick, Mr. and Mrs. W. Meikle and Mr. Roy Meikle, Mr. and Mrs. E. H. Everett, Mr. and Mrs. W. McCleland, Mr. and Mrs. W. Stoddart, Mr. and Mrs. R. Packard, Mr. and Mrs. V. Tremewan, Miss G. Brandon, Mr. Frank Donaldson, Mrs. F. E. Everett. The Revellers’ Revue. A bright revue was produced by the Revellers on Tuesday night in the Repetory Theatre, to a capacity house. The show, which was held in aid of the New Zealand Red Cross Society, was organised by Miss Sylvia Blackman and produced by Mr. Roland Young. The musical accompaniments were arranged by Mrs. Freda Cunningham and Mrs. Chalk, and the latter’s orchestra provided the music. The stage setting was by Mr. Paul Latham and the theatre was lent free of charge by the Repertory Society. Humorous songs, violin solos, spirited I dances, humorous character recitations and impersonations, and a welltrained ballet dressed in smart costumes were some of the items.
