J AUCKLAND, April 11. j Because of the effect, ot the nn ancial emergency regulations, business ' on the Auckland Stock Exchange is adversely affected. The Exchange is unable to quote I scrip whose registration is outside New ■ Zealand. The chairman, Mr. J. W.! Frater, explained to members to-: day that he was making representations to have the regulations eased without any Joss of efficacy.
