GERMANS ACTIVE IN WEST
BUILDING EMBARKATION QUAYS DUTCH ( LOSE VITAL ROADS LONDOxV, April 10. Reactions in the Low Countries to Germany's invasion of Denmark and Norway include closing of vital Dutch bridges and roads. No leave is being given in the Belgian Army. The Belgian Ministry of National Defence denies any question of general mobilisation. It is reported from Luxembourg (hat the Germans continue to build embarkation quays along the Moselle.
