Friends kindly note that the funeral will leave his late residence. 170 Anzac Parade, to-morrow (Wednesday, March 27), at the conclusion of a service commencing at 10 a.m., for the Aramoho Cemetery.—Dempsey and Sons, Funeral Directors, 144 Victoria Avenue. THETFORD—On March 20. 1940. at the residence of her daughter, No. 2 Ashton Terrace, Castlecliff, Kate Sophia, dearly beloved wife of the late Henry Thetford; in her 80th year. Passed peacefully away.— Dempsey and Sons, Funeral Directors, 144 Victoria Avenue.
