Hemingway. The Wanganui Education Board, at its meeting yesterday, passed a motion of sympahty with the relatives of the late Mr. G. H. Bennett, Palmerston North. Mr, Bennett was a member of the Wanganui Board from ±906 until 1916. Mr. C. M. Strouts, honorary treasurer of the Wanganui A. and F. Association and of the Wanganui Bowling Club, is making a good recovery and hopes to be out of hospital this week. Pleasure was expressed at the annual meeting of the A. and P. Association yesterday that he would soon be back to normal health.
