WANGANUI ASSOCIATION GAMES FOR TO-MORROW. The last games in the first round of the men’s baseball competition will be played at Gonville Domain to-morrow. The women will play the second games for their championships on the same grounds. After Saturday's games the men’s teams will be divided into two leagues with six teams in the top league and four in the other. The points at the end of last week were. Wanganui East (played 8), won 8, 1000 per cent.; Harriers A (played 8), won 7, 875 per cent.; Pirates (played 8), won 5, 625 per cent.; Star A (played 8). won 5, 625 per cent.; Star B (played 8), won 4, 500 per cent.; United (played 8), won 4, 500 per cent.; Merewethers (played 8), won 4, 500 per cent.; Kangaroos (played 8). won 2, 250 per cent.; Harriers B (played 8), won 1, 125 per cent.; Giants (played 8), won 0, —. The position is now that Harriers A and Wanganui East are the only two teams that are certain for the first | league until after next games. Har--1 riers B, Kangaroos and Giants are | three of the teams for the second league. It may be necessary to play off to find which teams go into the first league. If Pirates and Star A are beaten and Star B, United and Merewethers win their games, the five teams will have to play off. The games, times, and umpires for to-morrow are:— Harriers B v. United No. 3, 1.45 p.m. Messrs. K. Rivers, G. McDougall and R. Sisson. Star B v. Giants No. 1, 1.45 p.m. Messrs. W. Deerness, A. Newrick and H. Johnston . Pirates v. Merewethers No. 2, 1.45 p.m. Messrs. G. Quinn, C. Bensel and M. Stinson. Harriers A v. Wanganui East No. 1, 3.15 p.m. Messrs. D. Buck and G. Quinn. Star A v. Kangaroos No. 2, 3.15 p.m. Messrs. K.
