ROWING
AUSTRALIAN CREW COACH-MANAGER SELECTED SYDNEY, Dec. 20. Mr. F. M. Cronin has been appointed coach-manager of the New South Wales rowing eight to tour New Zealand. Mr. S. Raper, the selector, said that the rowing executive was worried about when the team will leave and the distances of the races in New Zealand. Programme from New Zealand have not arrived and in the meantime the crew will be all at sea regarding training preparations. New South Wales has not been notified where the New Zealand championship will be rowed.
