A crowd of 2000 demonstrated sympathetically at the Italian and Finnish legations, hissing Russia. The National Bank has suspended buying Rumanian lei. believedly owing to fears of a Russian-Rumanian conflict. The Rome radio says that Russian troops are massing on the Rumanian frontier.
