RACING PARTNERS PRIVILEGES UNDER RULES TOTALISATOR BRACKETS At. the recent Feilding Jockey Club meeting, many followers of the* game were surprised to find that Sice\ cless and Screen Star were not bracketed under I he same totalisator number in the official race-book, but the announcement on the course that they would he bracketed on the totalisator was not unexpected. Though racing under diderent ownership, both are raced under lease from Mr. A. Syme, who similarly is interested in Tableau, hense the bracketing of the latter with Sleeveless in to-day’s Woodville card. Sleeveless is raced in partnership by Messrs. A. Katranski and B. Nausbaum. Screen Star carries the colours of his trainer, Mr. P. Holman. The Beau Pere filly Tableau, a halfsister to Screen Star, is raced by Mr. J. Wattie. There is a qualification to this rule which states that no person shall be entitled to enter a horse for a race unless his interest under the joint interest is at least equal to that of any other party to the joint interest. This means that, if a partner has a threequarter interest in the running of a horse, the horse could not be entered by and run in the colours of the other partner. It can only be run in the
