COMPANY'S HIGHER PROIIL A net profit, after providing for ue- ■ preciation, of £32,57u was earned by the Canterbury Frozen Meat ana Dairy Produce Export Company, Ltd., in the vear ended November 30. The dividend recommendations are unchanged at 6 per cent, on preference shares and 7 per cent, in ordinary shares. The profit compares witn £30,394 last year and £50,397 in 1937. With £10,4 Z 4 brought into the accounts the amount available for distribution is £43,053. Out of this £lO,000 has been added to general reserve, bringing the total to £llO,OOO, and £BOOO to the renewals and replacements fund. The preference dividend requires £6OOO ana the ordinary dividend £7875, leaving £11,178 to be carried forward The directors record with regret the death of Mr. Norton Francis, who had been a member of he board for 10 years
