ANNIVERSARY OF FIRST MASS AS PRIEST PLENARY INDULGENCE VATICAN CITY, Dec. 5. The Pope is broadcasting throughout the world a Benediction carrying a plenary indulgence at 11 a.m. (G.M.T.) on December 8. on the occasion of the fortieth anniversary of his first Mass as a priest.
