The New York Times Rome correspondent states that hundreds of students have petitioned the Finnish Ambassador for permission to fight the Russians. Italians are reported to be flying the Italian planes recently sold to Finland. It seems that another international brigade is being formed, this time against Communism. The Government is not acting officially hut apparently is not objecting to Italians volunteering. Undoubted/ thousands of Italians would spontaneously- volunteer.
