Allegedly after blowing the horn and waiting some time reside a taxi, , Sydney William Jarvis, aged 20, took lhe machine to take home two girls after a party and got his reward in Court to-day with a £lO fine for (tonversion, in default a month'/ imprisonment. Jarvis was stated to have been placed on two years’ probation in Dunedin in October on a charge of break- ! ing, entering, and theft.
