DUCHESS THEATRE
“Command Performance,” screening to-night at the Duchess Theatre, presents Arthur Tracy, “The Street Singer,” in one of his grandest performances. Tracy is seen as an overworked star in danger of losing his voice through an impending breakdown, so he runs away to seek health and peace in the country. "My Gipsy Dream Girl," “Dance, Gipsy, Dance," “Trees,” and “Danny Boy” are four of the beautiful songs sung by the "Street Singer.” Also screening is Nova Pilbeam, most popular of young English stars, in her first romantic role, in “Young and Innocent,” with Derrick De Marney and Percy Marmont. ________
