UNIQUE ATTRACTIONS FIRST FOR FEATURES AND VALUE. One of the most successful items at the Ist spring show was the young farmers’ siiearing contest and the news that this will be repeated will welcome to those who gained so much interest from the previous one. Thai is not all of the show, for there is tc op the best dog show in the Dominion, a magnificent grand parade on the oval, and halls crammed with displys nf both industrial and agricultural On the oval there are to be trotting events and motor-cycle chariol races, both of which have become well established as favourites with the show patrons of the Manawatu.
