NEW GOVERNOR OF KENYA
SIR HENRY MOORE CHOSEN [ British Official Wireless.] RUGBY, Oct. 27. Sir Henry Moore has been appointed Governor and Commander-in-Chief of Kenya Colony in succession to Sir H. R. M. Brooke-Popham, who recently relinquished the Governorship in order to take up duty with the Royal Air Force. Sir Alan Burns, Governor of British Honduras, succeeds Sir Henry Moore as assistant Under-Secretary in the Colonial Office.
