1 centennial memorial DEPUTATION TO COUNCIL { The Raetihi Borough Council on Tuesday evening received a deputation from the executive of the Raetihi Cen- * lennial Memorial Committee in the - s . person of Mr. W. H. Sandford. He ! asked that the council agree to have * the proposed site, etc., be vested with r 'that body. Mr. Sandford stated that 1 when 1950 was accounted lor Mr. 11. L. Hogg had been asked to draw a. t ' plan for a combined rest room and . Plunket room project. The plan had i ' been submitted to the various bodies ; concerned and some alterations had i been suggested.
