It is stated that the butchers are in serious financial difficulties. They have become desperate at the delay In s obtaining consent from the Price Int, vestigation Tribunal to increase retail it rates. Prices of pork, veal and lamb e are unaffected. s The butchers stated that they had it been selling for fully seven weeks at d retail prices representing a loss of 25s is on every bullock and 7s on every d sheep.
