HOMEWARD FREIGHTS UP 50 PER CENT.

The associated overseas fines in the New Zealand trade have been advised from London that all homewaru freights on both refrigerated and general cargo are advanced by 50 per cent, instead of 25 per cent. These rates apply forthwith, but a vessel which is already loading shall charge the existing rates for all cargo shipped at her present loading poit and the increased rates will apply at her subsequent loading ports.
