DUCHESS THEATRE
Bulldog Drummond returns to lhe screen in another smashing “Sapper” story, with John Howard playing lhe part of Drummond in "Bulldog Drummond Comes Back,” screening to-night at the Duchess Theatre. The s;ory | tells of Drummond’s fight again: l a 1 ruthless gang of criminals who have ! kidnapped his fiancee on their wed- i ding day. The mad chase to capture I them leads the great detective nearly ■ all over England and ends in a breath- ) less climax with Drummond and his : friends at bay in a fight for their' lives. Reginald Denny is once again : cast as Algy, with Louise Campbell ' and John Barrymore giving splendid support. On the same programme is William Cargen and Orien Heyward in “She Asked For it.”
