PUBLIC EXECUTION
GUILLOTINING OF MURDERER OF AMERICAN DANCER WIEDMANN DIES WITHOUT SAYING A WORD. PARIS, June 18. Eugene Wiedmann who was convicted of the murder of an American dancer, was guillotined outside the gate of the Versailles prison, the execution being watched from a considerable distance by more than 1000 people, including the mother of one of the victims. He died without saying a word.
