OTICE is hereby given that a copy of the terms and conditions of contracts fixed, pursuant to the Social Security Act, 1938, by "the Minister of Health for the provision, in relation to Maternity Benefits, of professional and other services by Private Maternity Hospitals, Medical Practitioners, Midwives and Maternity Nurses may be obtained on application to any Medical Officer of Health.

It is desired that notices of acceptance in the form provided, reach the local Medical Officer of Health by the 4th May, 1939, for inclusion in the appropriate district lists proposed to be published on 10th May.
