I The annual general meeting was ! held in the hall last Tuesday when there was a fair attendance. Officers elected were: President, Mrs. C. C. Baldwin; vice-president, Mrs. J. V. Blyth; captain, Mrs. T. S. Holmes: vice-captain. Miss A. Castles; secreI tary, Mrs. J. I. Grant (all were re- ; elected). Committee, officers and ’ Mesdames O'Leary, Groshinski and W 1 Baldwin. At the conclusion of the business ; members were entertained at afternoon tea, the hostesses being the I officers of the club. RIFLE SHOOTING. ' Tuesday evening saw the inauguration of the new season for club enthusiasts. Over 20 were present for > the first practice shoot and the keenness of the new members promises a very successful season. Top score was > made by C. C. Baldwin with a 69, while several others registered 68's. : Next Tuesday regular competitions will begin.
