SUMMONS ISSUED
IMPORT REGULATIONS TEST OF VALIDITY [ Per Press Association.J AUCKLAND, March 21. An individual move to test the validity of the import control regulations has been made by an Auckland importing firm, which recently had a summons issued from the Magistrate’s Court against the Collector of Customs in Auckland for that purpose. Proceedings have since been removed into the Supreme Court and have been set down for hearing in the present sessions.
