SOUTH AFRICA IN TEST NOURSE PASSES CENTURY ENGLAND BATTING DURBAN, March 6. The third day's play in the fifth cricket Test between England and South Africa to-day saw the home team's innings concluded for 530 runs. Rain caused stumps to be drawn early, and England's score was then 35 for the loss of Gibb’s wicket. South Africa’s score is the highest ever made by this country in a Test match against England, the previous highest being 513 for eight wickets at Capetown in 1930-31.
