AUSTRALIA’S BUTTER EXPORTS MR. BRICE GIVES WARNING Received March 7, 5.5 p.m. SYDNEY, March 7. The Australian High Commissioner Mr. S. M. Bruce, warned leaders of the dairy industry that Australia would not be able to keep up continuous expansion of her butter export trade with England. Mr. Bruce said that although there did not appear to be any likelihood at present of Britain restricting imports of butter from Australia she might do so if there was any large expansion.
