CAR OVERTURNS DOWN BANK. WANGANUI BOY'S ESCAPE. [Pet Pres* Asaociatiun.) WELLINGTON, March 5. John Martin Sangster, bank officer, aged 21, 40 The Crescent, Roseneath was killed to-day at 3.30 p.m. when a car in which he was travelling left the highway on the western Hutt Road and overturned down a 15fi. bank. Sangster received bead and Chest injuries and was killed outright. Lloyd Stanmore Jenkins, Weir House, Wellington, whose home is in Wanganui, was Sangster's companion in the car and he received minor abrasions. The car, an old-model tourer, was a complete wreck. Sangster was a son of the late John Sangster and Mrs. Jean Sangster.
