ELIMINATION FAVOURED Received Feb. 5. 7.5 p.m. NEW YORK. Feb. 5. The United States Lawn Tennis Association passed a resolution favouring a change in the International Federations footfault rule eliminating the provision under which Quist was penalised. The association empowered the referee to forbid the wearing of spikes.
