PEACEFUL OUTLOOK FOR TRADE. [ British Official Wireless. 1 Received Feb. 5, 6.30 p.m. RUGBY, Feb. 4. A record number of overseas buyers visiting the two sections of the British Industries Fair in London and Birmingham, which end in February, was mentioned by Mr. Hudson, Parliamentary Secretary to the Deparlment of Overseas Trade, in a speech last night as a hopeful augury of increasing confidence on the Continent of Europe in a peaceful future.
