BELGIAN INCIDENT
THE PREMIER INJURED Received Feb. 3, 6.30 p.m. BRUSSELS, Feb. 2. Ex-servicemen slightly hurt the face of the Premier (M. Paul Spaak) during an anti-Government demonstration. The trouble followed the Government's appointment to the Royal Flemish Academy of Dr. Martens, who was sentenced to death after the war for co-operation with the Germans. There were scenes in Parliament regarding the matter, after which a vote of confidence was passed in (he Government by 88 to 86. There were seven abstentions.
