EXECUTIONEER DROPS DEAD
— FAMOUS "MONSIEUR DE PARIS” CONDEMNED MAN REPRIEVED Received Feb. 3. 6.30 p.m. PARIS. Feb. 2. The world famous Monsieur De Paris, actually Anatole Deibler. official French executioner, collapsed and died in an underground station when en route to his 401st. execution. He was 76 years of age, the last of four generations who were executioners in the last 110 years. His nephew will probably succeed him. The condemned person, in accordance with precedent, will be reprieved.
