EMERGENCE FROM HIDING AT BARCELONA. Received Feb. 3, 1 a.m. LONDON, Feb. 2. The Daily Telegraph’s Barcelon; correspondent says that Genera Franco’s famous “Fifth Column’ namely supporters operating in Gov ernment territory who, since the star: of the war have been smuggling information to him regarding the Government dispositions, emerged fron hiding and presented themselves t< the Nationalist authorities at th< palace of justice, where they received new identity cards legalising theii position. Many are ex-army officer: who were harbored by Barcelont families knowing them before the war. The authorities are now consulting them regarding which citizens deserve lenient treatment.
