PRICES RATHER DISAPPOINTING [ Per Press Association.) FEILDING, Feb. 2. The first day of the annual ram fair at Feilding attracted a large attendance representative of all parts of the Dominion. The offering confined to Romneys, of which 63 studs aaid just short of 1700 flocks came forward. The sale was very firm for good sheep, but ragged a>! “tail end” lots were not wanted. Studs were rather disappointing in price, the average only being 28’gns., with top value at 56gns. Flocks averaged sgns., while special classes, exhibited at the Feilding show, averaged USgns. for singles and B'gns. for pens of four.
