Dwyer an accountant of the Internal Affairs Department, to proceed to England to attend the Imperial Defence College for twelve months. He is the first civilian officer from New Zealand to be selected for the course. Mr. Dwyer, with his wife anc family, leaVes Wellington on Monday for Auckland to connect with the steamer.
