PATEA ASSOCIATION

ANNUAL MEETING ON THE PUTIKI RANGE The Patea Rifle Association held its annual shoot on the Putiki range yesterday under ideal shooting conditions. Mr. C. R. Honeyfield, president of the association, was range officer and Messrs. Walter White and M. Hughes acted as statistical officers. In the Wanganui match on the 300yard range, H. C. Percy (Alfredton) headed the prizewinners with 50. The successful Wanganui competitors were A. Doidge, 49, £3; F. P. Dickinson (Mangaweka), 49, £2; M. Gardner (Mangaweka). 48. £1; R. L.
