EUCHRE AT WANGAEHU
Another very enjoyable evening was spent at the euchre tournament last Thursday evening, held by the Wangaehu branch of the W.D.F.U. The ladies’ first prize was won by Miss Weaver, the consolation going to Mr> Grant. In the men’s section, Mr D. Cavanagh won the first prize, Mr H. Hiroti securing the prize for the least number ot games won. The usual good supper was served and Mrs W. Baldwin kindly supplied the music for a short dance.
