SPECIAL ORDER CONSTITUTING RAKAUTAUA DRAINAGE DISTRICT TJUBLIC Notice is hereby given that the Rangitikei County Council at a Special Meeting held on the 7th day of April, 1938, passed a resolution by way of Special Order declaring pursuant to the provisions of Section 168 of “The Counties Act, 1920,” certain lands in the lowe. Wangaehu Valley of the Rangitikei County, and being the area described in the notice of the deposit of the plan of such area, published in the “Wanganui Chronicle” newspaper of the sth. day of March, 1938, to be a district for lhe construction of drainage works therein, and that the name of such district shall be the Rakautaua Drainage District and further that the said Special Order shall take effect on the Ist day of July, 1938.
